Oh, What a Night - The Elle Style Awards 2010
The most stylish event of London Fashion Week was the Elle Style Awards, and the Modalu girl is never one to miss a party! With two exclusive tickets in our hands, myself and Modalu sales manager Naima sashayed along to London's Grand Connaught Rooms for the annual Style awards party.
A star studded night was clearly ahead of us, as we immediately came across the gorgeous Olsen twins exiting the toilets in a mass of Lanvin and Christian Lacroix haute couture.
Inside the party, and armed with mini bottles of Moet and Chandon, Naima and I worked the room mixing with London’s fashion darlings and nibbling on the canapé of choice, individual Godiva chocolates.
Supergrass played a set, and around us Daisy Lowe and Pearl Lowe danced with pals Miquita Oliver and Jamie Winstone, whilst the likes of Nicola Roberts and Erin O’Conner propped up the bar.
A surprise cloakroom rendezvous with Henry Holland, Alexa Chung and a green haired Pixie Geldof drew the night to a close and the Modalu ladies hung up their party bags once more…
